We define what the consumers experience when they come into contact the brand. These touch-points are branded marketing collateral, items such as; brochures, point of sale units or packaging. The aim of branded collateral is to initiate positive consumer reaction, not just a one-time purchase interaction but a chain reaction that builds brand loyalty. All touch-points must contain the brand’s unique DNA, so a defined direction is needed to ensure effective communication.
